How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email me at hello@portal-and.co (or the app's own support address, listed above). Tell me which app, your operating system and app version, and what you expected versus what happened. A screenshot or short screen recording makes it much faster to fix. I read every message myself and reply within 2–3 business days.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are handled by the store you bought from, and refunds go through that same store — not through me directly.
For Microsoft Store purchases, request a refund from your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com/orders. For Mac App Store purchases, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're not sure where a purchase came from, email me and I'll help you find the right place.
Which platforms are supported?
Portal & Co. builds small desktop and mobile apps. Each app lists its supported platforms on its own site and store page — for example, Dither Weather runs on Windows and macOS. Check the app's section above for its site.
Where can I find privacy policies and terms?
Privacy is handled per app: each app has its own privacy policy, linked in its section above and on its store listing. Portal & Co. LLC also publishes an umbrella Privacy Policy and Terms of Use that cover this website and anything an app's own policy doesn't. Both are linked in the footer of every page.
Do I need an account? What data do the apps collect?
Most Portal & Co. apps are one-time purchases that work without an account and are built to collect as little as possible. Dither Weather, for instance, has no account, no subscription, and no ads. Each app's privacy policy has the specifics.
